These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of NewVersionAlert (newversionalert.com), operated by Muhammad Idrees (NewVersionAlert). Business address and phone are listed on our contact page. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
NewVersionAlert is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We provide APK mirror version monitoring, email alerts, optional APK file hosting, and related online tools. There is no physical product shipped. See our products & services page for current offerings and PKR prices.
2. Account registration
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
- One person or business may not share accounts in a way that violates plan limits.
- You are responsible for URLs you add and for having the right to monitor those pages.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, or violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Paid plans are billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise.
- Payment may be made via approved methods shown at checkout (e.g. JazzCash, NayaPay, PayFast).
- Manual bank/wallet payments require upload of proof; access is activated after admin verification.
- Free trial periods are limited in duration and credits as described on the signup page.
4. Service delivery
Digital services are delivered electronically through your account dashboard and registered email. See our service delivery policy for details.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on subscription fees. If you wish to stop using the service, you may do so at any time; see our refund & cancellation policy.
6. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful monitoring of public download or mirror pages you are authorised to track.
- Do not use the platform to harass third parties, distribute malware, or violate copyright law.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security controls.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Check schedules, third-party sites, and network conditions may affect results. We may update features, prices, or these Terms with notice on the website.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed alerts, incorrect version parsing, lost revenue, or decisions you make based on monitoring data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
9. Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes should first be raised with us at newversionalert@gmail.com.
